Q: Why can’t my Touchpensys Zero or Touchpensys Zero II stylus work on my iPhone 3G?
A: At first, please check if your stylus is used properly. Both Touchpensys Zero and Zero II stylus require the bevel of
touch tip parallel with the screen of iPhone 3G. This position of holding stylus is comfortable and pleasure to us
because you can easily tap or draw on the screen and don’t need a pressure. The second, you need to check if you
have chosen right screen protector. As a simplest way to test if the film is too thick or not, you can compare the touch
sensitivity of using screen protector vs. removing it. It proves that your screen protector is too thick if your stylus works
in low sensitive performance. Then please try thinner screen protector.
